One should also have experience with working with vendors in maintaining a safe and secure house facility. The House Director oversees the kitchen and housekeeping staff and must serve as a hostess and provide a comfortable living environment for members and their guests. This Chapter has 270+ members with 52 live ins. The candidate should enjoy interacting with college age women while having patience, flexibility and professionalism. The House Director will be provided with their own apartment and is required to live there while the House is open.
