Description
This is a large chapter of 330 women with 96 of them living in the chapter house.
Our House Director will be expected to:
Maintain a a home-like environment for chapter members with their safety, security and well-being as the primary responsibility.
Hire and manage housekeeping, kitchen and landscaping staff and handle schedules and payroll.
Act as a hostess at chapter events
Have good communication skills in order to interface with residents, House Board, Advisoty Board and other alumnae.
Be responsible for maintenance issues.
Needs to be current on technology in order to handle entry and camera systems or willing to learn.
Other issues will be discussed upon interview.
