Opportunity available immediately for a professional, energetic, organized and business-minded house director for the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter on the Louisiana State University campus in Baton Rouge, LA. 

 

The projected start date for employment would be between July 15, 2017 and August 5, 2017.

 

The KKG chapter is part of a robust and influential Greek community on the LSU campus and Greek members comprise approximately 25% of the undergraduate student population at LSU. This is an opportunity to manage one of the prestigious sorority facilities in a renowned and continuously-expanding Greek community at a Southeastern-Conference school.

 

The KKG House Director manages all aspects of House Operations including being a primary source of contact between the House Corporation and its housed collegiate members (62 housed members in a chapter of 300+ members); coordination of daily operations, facility maintenance; the food service program with management vendors; collaboration for event planning at the facility; assist in managing all aspects of employment for House Department staff; assist in managing bookkeeping for House Department expenses; assist in budget development and management of receivables and payables for the House Department.

 

The House Director works closely and collaboratively with the House Corporation Board of Directors (the employer) in developing and implementing processes and procedures for managing house operations that are in alignment with the Bylaws, Standing Rules and Guidelines published by Kappa Kappa Gamma and in the best interests of our members.
