Although I’ve never worked in a fraternity, a couple of friends have. It is different than the sorority world, but worth looking into. My friends had successful experiences.
Generally speaking, the fraternities have less multi-layered structure to them. Often the young men are responsible for taking care of clean-up and bill paying and other things to keep the house running. If that’s agreeable to you, then check out those openings.
